From Within
Delete Your Account
We're here to help you remove your From Within account and personal data. Please follow the steps below to submit a deletion request.
How to request deletion
- Email support@fromwithinapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
- Send the request from the email address associated with your From Within account so we can verify ownership.
What will be deleted
- Account profile information (name, email)
- Journal entries
- Saved preferences and settings
- Health data connections and cached biometric data
- Subscription history (note: billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play)
Processing timeline
We will process your request within 30 days.
Optional: You can also delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings > Account.
