Delete Your Account

We're here to help you remove your From Within account and personal data. Please follow the steps below to submit a deletion request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@fromwithinapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your From Within account so we can verify ownership.

What will be deleted

  • Account profile information (name, email)
  • Journal entries
  • Saved preferences and settings
  • Health data connections and cached biometric data
  • Subscription history (note: billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play)

Processing timeline

We will process your request within 30 days.

Optional: You can also delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings > Account.
